Recruiters are almost certainly in charge of the hiring process. Every organization is looking for skilled individuals for their "Man Power" recruitments, so recruiters must be aware of the vacancy notice that the company requires. Every recruiter should be aware of how many members are working in a specific role and if the employee is on notice or the company is terminating the person for some reason, recruiters should be aware of it before it is too late. The recruiter is the only person who can place a manpower vacancy in that specific field or department where you need to focus more and replace a candidate by shortlisting resumes to get a good employee for that specific Role.
