What is skill? 

Skill is nothing but, the ability to use your knowledge effectively. When we are having developed aptitude or ability to do difficult task in a easy manner while we comparing others.

 Now a days Employers are looking for a combination of Hard and Soft skills. When we seeing any companies "Wanted" you need to focus the Job description first. The Job description is the key to understand which skills are necessary for the job you want.

While developing your Had skill and Soft skills you can able to go to the next level of your career. Which mean now a days we need to be keep upgrading our self better than before. Then only we find our dram job.

Do you think skill is important? Yes, without any doubt skill is important to every Employee. Employer prefer applicants who are willing to learn new skills.

According to future employers. A candidate that lacks experience should still have the necessary skills. More number of skills is important to indicate that a candidate has a number of interests and having enough knowledge in that specific field.

Hard Skill: 
Hard skill known as Technical skill. Hard skills are gained through education(Formal Study) or Training by experience(Informal study). Every job will require certain technical skills to that industry. If you want to work as an office staff, for example, you will need to know how to use drafting mail.

Soft Skill: 

Soft skill known as People skill. Soft skill are traits that you may put your effort throughout your entire life. Soft skill speaks with other people that how you are got motivated to do things done. While comparing hard skill soft skills are necessary to create a functional work environment. For example, you may be seeking a job in human resources but lack of prior knowledge about data analysis.
